John P. Williamson, Jr. is a native and resident of Louisburg, North Carolina.  He graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1966, the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1969, was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in the 1969 and subsequently served with the United States National Guard for two years.  He formerly served as president of North Carolina’s District 9 Bar and the attorney for the town of Franklinton.

John retired in 2022. He has been enjoying traveling with his wife and spending time with family & friends.  He still comes by the office every now and then to ensure that we are “holding down the fort”!
