Benjamin N. Williamson, III is a native of Franklinton and resident of Louisburg, North Carolina.  He graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1966, the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1969, was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1969 and subsequently served in the United States Army for two years.  He formerly served as president North Carolina’s District 9 Bar and Attorney for the Franklinton City Board of Education.  Ben is currently the attorney for the Town of Louisburg.

When he is not in the office, you can find Ben working in his yard, relaxing at the beach with his wife or spending time with this children & grandchildren.
